Walk on beach then beautiful coastal drive to Fisterra for a scallop shell hunt. Bit more driving to A Coruna, with amazing waves

Wet start. Visited Santiago De Compostela in rain. Re-wired Bertha. Beautiful sunset drive around the coast

Police stopped us on border, but not for long. Sung "Is this the way to Santiago?" (us, not police). Hand washed pants. Second blown fuse

Noisy night with trains and rain followed by soggy start. Lit candles at breakfast for extra warmth and light!

Hunt for postcards, then long, complicated drive to avoid toll roads around Porto. Listened to The Wall. Crib + port to finish the day

Politics and theology discussion during drive. Found damaged flood defences at overnight stop + more high waves. First blown fuse of trip

Early start; arrived at Lidl before it opened! Travel to Vermoil and wander around very quiet village. K did more film work

Horse + cart doing their thing in motorhome service point. Flooded road on way to Valada; long way around

Huge waves + loads of surfers. K inspired. Two planned stops unsuitable, but again had huge waves. Stopped inland at Grandola

Lots of red and green in the landscape as we drove on the "interesting" road surface! Lots of other motorhomes. Ended up near awesome beach
