Invited to pick raspberries + strawberries before leaving. Bumpy ride to a great campsite with dogs, where we had bbq, including asparagus

Kind and friendly welcome, then massive storm during/after dinner. Bertha stood firm. No leaks!

Scorcher again. Showers, then left the campsite. Kind lorry driver motioned to us that one of our vents was open. Glad we didn't lose it!

Walked to village shop and bought veg by pointing and saying numbers, then had a chilled hot day, trying to keep cool

Early start before a stunning and fun gorge walk. Rewarded ourselves with an icecream before crashing out for the afternoon

Toboggan run!!! Left the mountains to find some gorges. Campsite shower, then played crib outside during beautiful sunset

Lie in. Toboggan run closed for lunch, then rain in afternoon, so just stayed in Bertha! Duff Beer in evening

Fun hike up a mountain (11.2km, ascent of 898m), then cable car back down, followed by crisps, nuts and a beer as a reward

Near-vertical campsite exit. Stop to buy vignette, then had stunning drive with mountain views almost the whole way

Wild goose chase for campsites, on Bertha-unfriendly roads. Found random (and lovely) one by a lake and given a very doggy welcome
